We’ll discuss the hallmarks of the diet such as fermented foods, healthy fats, Learn the basics of the Paleo approach to cooking for better health and fat loss. fresh fruits and vegetables, and wild and/or pastured animal protein. Our recipes will include: Homemade Sauerkraut, Pan Cooked Salmon with Dill Mayo Sauce (we will be making homemade mayo), Mixed Baby Greens Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette, and No-bake Dark Chocolate Covered Coconut Bars. This is a hands-on cooking class, so please bring your chef’s knife, cutting board and apron with you and of course, your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Materials: $15 at class.
