Come explore the spicy and flavorful cuisine of Korea. You will learn the techniques and ingredients necessary to create your favorite Korean dishes at home with information on where to purchase them. Our menu will include: Japchae (Stir-fried Vegetables and Cellophane Noodles), Kimbap (Korean Sushi Roll), Kim Chi (Spicy Fermented Cabbage), and Korean Spicy Tofu Stew. This is a hands-on cooking class, so please bring your chef’s knife, cutting board and apron with you and of course, your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Materials: $15 at class.
