This class is essential to the beginner home cook, as you will learn skills that will help you save money in the kitchen and improve your speed! Although we will not be cooking in this class, you will bring home all the ingredients you chopped, including a whole cut-up chicken, along with two recipes (a stir-fry and soup) to use them in. Please bring your chef's knife, cutting board, apron, and a recycled bag (to carry home your food) with you to class. Materials: $15 at class.  Please Note: Registration closes 2 business days prior to the class start date.
