Sauces have a special way of transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary, either for a special occasion meal or everyday enjoyment. You will learn to make three basic sauces and pair them with various meats. Our menu includes Chicken Breast with Mushroom Madeira Sauce, Sliced Beef with Béarnaise Sauce, and Filet of Sole with Buerre Blanc Sauce.  This is a hands-on cooking class, so please bring your chef's knife, cutting board, and apron with you and of course, your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Materials: $15 at class.
