Explore a variety of flavors originating from Spain, Italy, China, and Mexico. You will learn the techniques for making flavorful soups, and how to incorporate spices such as saffron, cumin, and ginger. Our menu includes Sopa de Mariscos (Spanish Seafood Soup), Italian White Bean Soup with Garlic and Parmesan, Wonton Soup, and Albondigas (Meatball) Soup. This is a hands-on cooking class, so please bring your chef's knife, cutting board, and apron with you and of course, your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared!
