Fall means back to school, so when you are rushed for time, these one-pot meals make dinner and clean up a breeze! Our menu includes Chicken Cacciatora with Stewed Greens, Chinese Five Spice Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry, New England Fish Chowder, and Vegetable Sukiyaki. This is a hands-on cooking class, so please bring your chef's knife, cutting board, and apron with you and of course, your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Materials: $15 at class.
