The Practice of Gratitude can have a dramatic and powerful effect on our lives, according to scientific research. Not only can being grateful help us feel good, but it can also lower blood pressure, improve our immune system, and empower our relationships. The attitude of gratitude or appreciating small joys or victories in life is a fundamental key to our happiness and wellbeing. Real balanced gratitude allows for grieving our inevitable losses in life. To have a grateful heart, you must create small practices because our minds tend to be like velcro to the negative and teflon to the positive. You will learn specific, practical tools to “grow” gratitude for more inner peace, ease, and contentment. Materials: $12 at class.
