Discover yoga, and experience an exercise program that can make profound changes in body, mind, and spirit. Integrating Hatha Iyengar and Anasura styles, slow moves and gentle stretches are combined with strengthening postures that are rejuvenating. Class ends with deep stretch, breathing, and a guided meditation for stress reduction and total relaxation. Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a yoga mat.
