Burn calories, learn a few exercises, and connect with new workout partners!  A variety of exercises will be presented, creating a full-body workout in three, twelve minute rounds which includes a dynamic warm-up, cool down stretch and abdominal routine.  Wear workout clothes, bring a towel and water bottle, and supportive athletic shoes.  No experience necessary.
