How well are you able to improvise in the outdoors? Do you know your own body well enough to regulate and maintain your primary physiological systems? The skills and knowledge that will ensure your safety will be taught and practiced in this informative workshop. We will cover the principles involved and the most modern and some primitive survival techniques covering shelter, water, fire and food necessary to survive any kind of outdoor wilderness emergency. Wear comfortable weather appropriate clothes and closed-toe shoes.
